Life is an RPG. You only gain XP.

A fully gamified Life Operating System built on Notion. It replaces standard productivity anxiety with an RPG progression system, tracking habits, quests, and knowledge in a non-judgmental environment.

Notion, Formulas, Gamification Logic

The Concept: Non-Judgmental Growth

Traditional productivity tools rely on shame—highlighting overdue tasks and broken streaks. The goal was to build a system that rewards effort, not just output. Using advanced Notion formulas, I created an "XP Engine" that treats tasks as Quests and consistency as Leveling Up. The core philosophy is simple: you never lose levels, you only gain experience.

Woman Side Pose

The Engineering: Smart Logic

This is not a static template; it is a dynamic app. The system features a "Relapse Protocol" that compassionate resets streaks to the minute of failure rather than the start of the day. It also includes an automated "Journal Aggregator" that pulls completed quests and habits into a daily log automatically, reducing the friction of documentation. Complex sub-item logic ensures XP is calculated fairly based on effort multiplication.

The Ecosystem: Launcher Strategy

To protect IP and manage distribution, I devised a "Launcher" architecture. The purchase delivers an Access Hub rather than the raw file, allowing for version control and anti-piracy updates. The system is supported by a robust Feedback Loop via Tally integration, creating a "Developer's Guild" where the user community votes on future "DLC" features and expansions.
